The M1A1 Abrams is an American main battle tank. The M1A1 version is armed with a 120mm smoothbore gun and powered by a gas turbine. The vehicle is protected by layered armor and has been used in a number of conflicts since the end of the 20th century.
Finish and paint the running gear and the lower hull before the hull is closed up. Join the parts with cement for plastic and use a primer and an airbrush for the painting. For a realistic look, washes and pigments work well, bringing out the detail and creating dust and mud effects.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
