An injection-molded plastic kit of the Chinese ZBD90 tracked armored vehicle in 1:35 scale. The set offers a slide-molded lower and upper hull, an access door that can be built in the open or the closed position, a photo-etched engine cooling grille and individual track links. The model is built with the usual plastic cement technique.
The ZBD90 belongs to the family of Chinese tracked armored vehicles of the People's Liberation Army, derived from a common chassis platform. The vehicle is intended to support and carry infantry on the battlefield and is fitted with a turret with armament. It ranks among modern Chinese armored vehicles.
It is best to assemble the running gear and the individual track links first and only then to close up the hull. Thin plastic cement, a primer coat and an airbrush are the answer. For a convincing look, use washes and pigments for mud and dust effects on the running gear.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
