The Pz.Kpfw. I Ausf. F was a thoroughly reworked, heavily armored infantry tank that took its designation from the Panzer I but differed fundamentally from the early versions in its massive armor and a new hull layout. Only a small number were built, which makes it a prized and less usual subject.
Break the photo-etched parts carefully out of the fret with a sharp blade and dress the edges. Make the bends along the etched score lines using a bending tool or two rules; thicker parts can be briefly annealed to make forming easier. They are glued with cyanoacrylate glue or two-part epoxy. Lay a primer on the metal before painting, or the paint will not hold well.
