An accessory set in 1:35 scale for a model of the German medium tank Pz.Kpfw. V Panther Ausf.G, intended for the kit from Tamiya.
Responsibility details are not available.
The Panther was a German medium tank of the second half of the war, listed under the military designation Sd.Kfz.171. It combined heavily sloped armor plates with a long 7.5 cm gun with a barrel 70 calibers long, which was among the most effective anti-tank weapons of its day. The Ausf.G form was the last main production version, and you can recognize it above all by the sides of the hull: the upper sides are made of single-piece sloping plates and the driver's visor, which weakened the older versions at exactly the most exposed spot, has disappeared from them.
This is an accessory set for a model in 1:35 scale. The qualifier in brackets at the end of the name determines whose kit it is calculated for, namely the model from Tamiya; on another kit of the same tank, therefore, expect adjustments. Which parts the set contains and where they belong on the model is described in the manufacturer's instructions.
Fit the accessory parts in the order given by the instructions and try each one dry first. Remove the plastic detail from the kit completely from the places where they are to seat, not just partly; a half-cut projection will lift the new part and the gap will then show under the paint. Clean the paint off the seating surfaces and choose the glue according to the material of the part. Hold the small elements with tweezers and glue them only after the base color of the hull has dried.
This is an accessory set. The tank kit, paints, glue and tools are not included in the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
