This is a decal sheet on its own (not a kit) for a model of the Czechoslovak Skoda PA-II armored car, nicknamed the Turtle, in 1:35 scale. The decals let you add period markings and national insignia to the model.
The Skoda PA-II was an interwar Czechoslovak armored car with a rounded armored hull, which is what earned it the nickname Turtle. It appeared in the second half of the 1920s and represented an advanced solution for its day, with drive to both axles and two driving positions.
The decals go on in the classic way: cut the element out, dip it in water, once it has softened slide it off the backing onto a varnished surface and settle it in the right position. For a perfect fit over the details a decal softener helps, with a unifying coat of varnish at the end.
The accessory contains neither a model nor paints; it serves to finish a kit bought separately.
