An add-on photo-etched fender set for the JSU-152 self-propelled gun in 1:35 scale from the Polish manufacturer Aber. It extends the basic set with fine metal fenders.
Responsibility details are not available.
This add-on photo-etched set holds fine metal fenders and related parts for a plastic model of the Soviet JSU-152 heavy self-propelled gun in 1:35 scale. It is not a vehicle kit of its own but an extension following on from the basic photo-etched set.
The JSU-152, also written ISU-152, was a Soviet heavy self-propelled gun of the Second World War, armed with a 152 mm gun-howitzer on the chassis of the IS series of heavy tanks. Its effectiveness against armor earned it the nickname Zveroboj, meaning beast slayer.
Thin metal fenders allow a realistic look and natural bending or damage. Separate the parts with a sharp knife, bend them on a bending tool and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue) or epoxy; degrease the metal before painting and use a base coat for metals.
This is an add-on photo-etched set, not a complete model. The base plastic kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
