The Eduard photo-etched fenders for the Su-76M in 1:35 scale. It is not a model but a detail accessory for faithful thin fenders on this self-propelled gun.
Responsibility details are not available.
A photo-etched set of fenders from the Czech maker Eduard for the Soviet Su-76M self-propelled gun in 1:35 scale. It is not a kit but a detail accessory. The etched sheets replace the thicker plastic fenders with faithfully thin parts and make it possible to suggest bending and service damage realistically.
The Su-76M was a light Soviet self-propelled gun of the Second World War with a 76 mm gun in an open fighting superstructure. It was created on the lengthened chassis of a light tank and became one of the most numerously produced Soviet armored vehicles. It served above all as infantry support.
Separate the photo-etched parts and make the bends on a bending tool or along a ruler. The fenders look realistic if you suggest slight dents or missing sections on them. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue and degrease the surfaces before painting. The set is bare metal, so count on a primer coat.
The accessory does not contain the model itself, the glue or the paints. It is meant to complete an existing kit.
