A survivor in a protective suit with a jerrycan is a resin collector figure in 1:35 scale from MAiM. Supplied unassembled and unpainted.
Responsibility details are not available.
A resin collector figure in 1:35 scale made by MAiM. It captures a survivor in a full-body protective (anti-radiation) suit carrying a fuel jerrycan. The casting has well worked-out clothing, gear and mask and is intended for more experienced modelers and collectors of dioramas.
The figure belongs to the post-apocalypse and horror genre. It comes into its own in dioramas with a contaminated or ruined setting or in standalone display scenes. It makes a natural counterpart to the other survivors in protective suits. It is a fictional genre character with no tie to any particular real subject.
First wash the mold release residue off the resin parts, carefully separate them from the supporting blocks and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Protect your airways while sanding. Apply a base (a primer) and build the colors up in thin layers; you can pick out the suit, the mask and the sheet-metal jerrycan with a wash and a light dry brush.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
