1:35 US Vietnam - maps

US Vietnam maps 1:35 (ETA diorama)

This is not a model but a printed paper accessory for dioramas and vignettes. The set contains scaled-down reproductions of American military maps from the period of the Vietnam War, digitally printed on quality paper with an emphasis on legibility. It is intended for scenes in 1:35 scale.

The real subject

Maps of the jungle, of settlements and of operational areas were essential for planning the actions of the US Army in Southeast Asia. Spread out on the hood of a vehicle or in a command post, they give a scene from this conflict authentic context.

Use

• Cut the individual maps out and, if you like, crease them for a period look.
• Stick them down with PVA or liquid glue onto a surface or into the hands of figures.
• Suitable for command posts as well as outdoor scenes.
• Toning can suggest damp and wear.

Who the accessory is for

• Builders of Vietnam War dioramas in 1:35 scale.
• Modelers who want to give a scene a legible period detail.

This is a paper accessory for dioramas, not a model. Glue, paints and figures are not included in the package.
