This is a printed paper accessory for dioramas, not a kit. The set from ETA Diorama carries motifs of period dishes and table settings of the Second World War era in 1:35 scale. Printing on quality paper makes it possible to create a laid table, a field kitchen or an interior with realistic small items.
Details such as dishes and table equipment give figure scenes an everyday human dimension. A laid table or dishes put down in a scene of soldiers resting markedly increases the credibility of a whole diorama.
Cut the motifs out with a sharp knife and glue them with thinned PVA glue. For a more three-dimensional impression the paper can be backed with thin card. Matte clear coat unifies the surface and protects the print from rubbing; gentle toning of the edges suppresses the white cuts.
