The set from the manufacturer MASTER contains 12 turned metal barrels for the Japanese gun of 12 cm caliber and 45 calibers length, the 10th Year Type. This dual-purpose gun made up the anti-aircraft and secondary armament of a number of Japanese warships.
The precisely machined metal barrels have faithful proportions and a sharp muzzle, which is hard to achieve in injection-molded plastic. Once cleaned up the parts are seated on the existing mountings of the model.
The set is intended for modelers building Japanese warships in 1:350 scale who want to refine the look of the deck armament.
