Scharnhorst - armament barrels without blast bags, 1:350 is a turned metal set of barrels of several calibers for building a model of the German battleship.
Responsibility details are not available.
A complete detail set in turned metal for a model of the German battleship Scharnhorst in 1:350 scale, in the build for turrets without blast bags. The package contains barrels of 280 mm caliber (9 pieces), 150 mm caliber (12 pieces) and 105 mm caliber (14 pieces). It is not a ship model but accurate metal replacements for the barrels. The version without blast bags differs from the version with them, so choose the set according to the state of the ship.
Scharnhorst was a German battleship (often counted among the battlecruisers) of the Scharnhorst class, in service from 1939. The main armament consisted of nine guns of 280 mm caliber in three triple turrets, supplemented by the secondary 150 mm caliber and the heavy anti-aircraft 105 mm caliber. The ship was sunk at the Battle of the North Cape in 1943.
Separate the barrels from the gate, clean them up and seat them in the cleaned-out holes of the turrets and mountings. Glue with cyanoacrylate. Treat the metal with a base coat (primer) before painting.
This is an add-on detail set, not a complete model. Glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package.
