Aber 1:350 - six British 53.3 cm Mk.VIII torpedoes is a detail set of turned metal torpedoes for refining models of British ships and submarines in 1:350 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
The set holds six turned metal torpedoes of 53.3 cm caliber, the Mk.VIII type, meant to replace the plastic parts on models of British ships and submarines in 1:350 scale. It is not a ship model but an accessory for a kit you already own. The manufacturer is the Polish company Aber, a specialist in turned and photo-etched metal details.
The 53.3 cm Mk.VIII was a British torpedo used above all by Royal Navy submarines. It served throughout the Second World War and ranked among the most widespread British torpedo weapons.
Cut the turned torpedoes off the leftover stub, clean them up and fit them into the torpedo tube mounts or onto the decks in place of the plastic parts. Use cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Degrease the metal and apply a primer before painting.
This is an add-on turned-metal set, not a standalone model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
