Turned brass barrel set for the battleship HMS Warspite (1:350, Aber) for models of British warships. A metal detail accessory that replaces the plastic barrels of the gun armament.
Responsibility details are not available.
This set from the Polish manufacturer Aber holds turned brass barrels in 1:350 scale for models of the British battleship HMS Warspite. It is not a ship model but a precise metal accessory that replaces the plastic barrels and gives the guns a crisp, true profile.
HMS Warspite belonged to the Queen Elizabeth class battleships and carried eight 381 mm guns, or 15 inch, in four twin turrets, backed by a secondary battery of 152 mm guns. She was one of the most famous ships of the Royal Navy, served in both world wars and earned a long list of battle honors.
Carefully cut off the plastic barrels and replace them with the brass ones. Glue the metal with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue) and degrease the joint beforehand. We recommend a coat of primer and a shade matching British naval camouflage.
This is a detail accessory, not a standalone model. Glue, paints and the kit are not included in the package.
