ALARM missiles 1:48 is a resin set of ALARM anti-radiation guided missiles for models of the Tornado.

This set is NOT an airplane model but a resin accessory with photo-etched parts. It reproduces the ALARM anti-radiation guided missiles carried by British Tornado strike aircraft for the suppression of enemy air defenses. The castings are intended for models in the same 1:48 scale.
The ALARM missile homed on the emissions of enemy radars; after launch it could even loiter under a parachute and attack as soon as a radar started transmitting. The accessory raises the realism of a model's underwing stores in the air defense suppression configuration.
Wash the parts free of mold release agent, cut the casting blocks off and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Bend the photo-etched fins and stabilizers over a ruler. Wear respiratory protection while sanding, and apply a primer before painting.
This is an accessory, not a model on its own. Glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package.
