Masks in 1:48 for spraying the national insignia of the British light bomber, an alternative to decals, cut for the Airfix kit.

This package is not about the canopy but about the roundels, the fin stripes and other national markings. A sprayed marking lies in the same plane as the paint, no carrier film shines anywhere, and after weathering it looks more natural than the best decal. The price is more careful alignment and several thin coats of paint.
The Bristol Blenheim grew out of a fast civil aircraft which, in the middle of the thirties, showed that an airliner could outrun the fighters of the day. The military form with a short nose was designated Mk.I and fought in Greece and in the Middle and Far East; in Finnish colors it served longer than anywhere else.
The set is cut for the Airfix kit in 1:48 scale. The concentric circles are divided by color, so they are sprayed in layers, starting with the lightest shade.
The short nose with glazing directly in front of the pilot is typical of the first production form. Later variants received a nose that was lengthened and offset to one side so that it did not block the view, so the two renderings can be told apart from the profile alone.
Before you peel a cutout off, let the last coat flash off, otherwise the edge will tear away along with a piece of paint and the transition will have to be sprayed again.
