This is not an airplane kit but a supplementary set from GasPatch models. The package holds one resin casting of an early French machine gun in 1:48 scale. According to the name it is structurally almost identical to its ground (trench) version. The set serves to refine the armament of aircraft models of the First World War period.
The real subject is an early French machine gun of the First World War which came close to the form used in the trenches. Early aircraft machine guns were often derived from ground weapons with only small modifications for mounting on an airplane.
Wash the part free of mold release agent residue, cut the casting block off and sand the surface lightly with respiratory protection. Bond the resin with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Bring out the metal parts with steel shades and a fine wash.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
