1:48 Lockheed F-104 ASA LooK is a finished instrument panel from the Czech manufacturer Eduard for a model in 1:48 scale. It is an accessory to a kit, not a model in its own right.

This is not a kit of the aircraft but a finished instrument panel to be fitted into the cockpit of a plastic model in 1:48 scale that you have already bought. The panel is supplied painted and with the dial faces drawn in, so the most demanding part of painting the interior is dispensed with. The modeler only separates it, tries the fit and glues it in place of the original plastic part.
The abbreviation ASA marks the Italian upgrade program that the Starfighter aircraft in service with the Aeronautica Militare went through. The upgrade concerned above all the onboard electronics and systems, so what differs from the basic version is precisely the equipment of the cockpit. For a modeler that is essential: the instrument panel of an upgraded machine differs from the earlier form in the layout and the type of the instruments, and that is exactly why the manufacturer offers a separate set for the original and for the modified version.
Try seating the panel dry before gluing and modify the plastic recess rather than the part itself. The original plastic instrument panel usually has to be removed or sanded down so that the new one sits at the right depth and does not collide with the canopy. It is glued with cyanoacrylate glue applied with a pin in a tiny drop, or with a drop of water-based gloss varnish. Do not overspray the finished colored surfaces or cover them with matte varnish, which would suppress the impression of glass on the dial face.
The set is an accessory for a plastic model, not a kit in its own right. The model, glue and paints are not included in the package. The target kit is not stated here, so check the match with your model and with the particular version of the aircraft beforehand.
