This is not a model but a set of templates from a Czech maker intended for creating regular rows of rivets on the surface of a model in 1:48 scale. A template serves as a guide along which you space the rivets evenly, whether you are rolling them with a riveting wheel or adding rivet decals. The shape of the templates is oblong.
Straight and curved rows of rivets are hard to make regular by hand. A template with preformed openings and lines keeps a constant spacing and direction, thanks to which the riveting looks clean and symmetrical even on larger areas. The result looks like factory riveting and stands up to close inspection, which builders of large scales will appreciate above all.
Lay the template on the surface, secure it against slipping and roll or add the rivets along the guide lines. Work in short sections and keep checking that the rows follow on. Clean the template after use so that it lasts for further projects.
