Yahu Models P-51 D early 1:48 is a colored photo-etched instrument panel for the cockpit of the P-51D Mustang fighter. It is not a model but a finished detail accessory.
Responsibility details are not available.
This accessory from the manufacturer Yahu Models is a colored, finely photo-etched and laminated instrument panel in 1:48 scale. It comes practically finished, with faithfully reproduced dial faces and labels, so it lifts the detail of the cockpit markedly without your having to paint the instruments laboriously. It is not a kit of an airplane but a replacement for the plastic instrument panel, for more experienced modelers.
The North American P-51D Mustang was an American single-seat fighter from the end of the Second World War. Thanks to its Merlin engine and long range it excelled as an escort fighter for strategic bombers. The designation early points to the early production standard of the D version.
Remove the original plastic panel or sand it flat and glue the photo-etched part on with super glue (cyanoacrylate). The colored surface only needs knocking back to a matte finish if you wish, or the recesses picking out carefully; further painting is usually not needed.
This is a detail accessory, not a model of an airplane. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
