The designation KV-II 754(r) was carried by Soviet KV-2 heavy tanks that came into the inventory of the German army after being captured. The machine is unmistakable at first glance: on the chassis of the KV heavy tank sits a tall, angular turret with a short 152 mm howitzer. German crews used tanks captured in this way only in small numbers and usually gave them markings of their own.
This is an accessory for the kit in 1:48 scale from Tamiya. Accessory sets of this kind replace or complete selected parts of a kit where the builder wants a finer execution than the basic package offers.
