An accessory for a model, not a model. The set contains miniature Remove Before Flight flags in the version used by the Israeli armed forces, with black lettering. On real aircraft these warning streamers are clipped to the safety pins, covers and locking pins that the ground crew has to remove before takeoff. In 1:48 scale they work as a fine but conspicuous detail on a model and in an airfield scene.
The red lettered streamers are among the most striking features of an aircraft standing on the ramp. They give a model an instantly recognizable service look, signaling that the machine is safed and being prepared for flight. The Israeli variant with black lettering suits machines operated by the units there. A faithful rendering replaces stiff paper imitations and gives the scene credibility in scale.
This is an accessory, not a model. The base kit, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
