A pre-painted, self-adhesive photo-etched set from the Zoom line by Eduard. The designation self-adhesive (S.A.) means that the parts have an adhesive layer and are stuck straight into place. It is not an airplane model but an accessory aimed at the interior of both cockpits of a plastic kit of the Tornado F.3 interceptor in 1:48 scale.
The Panavia Tornado F.3 was the British interceptor fighter version of the multirole Tornado aircraft, operated above all by the Royal Air Force. The two-seat machine with a variable-geometry wing was intended for long-range interception and the defense of airspace, with guided air-to-air missiles as its armament.
You stick the self-adhesive instrument panels and side panels straight into the front and rear cockpits, and secure the small metal items with super glue. The set markedly lifts the detail of the two-seat cockpit with no painting needed.
This is an accessory and not a model. The plastic kit, the glue and the paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
