Responsibility details are not available.
A set of decals in 1:48 scale from the production of the Czech manufacturer Eduard. It is not an aircraft model but an accessory decal set with the markings of Messerschmitt Bf 109G-6 fighters employed in the night fighting units identified with the Wilde Sau tactic, specifically with the fighter wings JG 301 and JG 302. The set serves to re-mark a plastic kit of the matching aircraft.
The Bf 109G-6 was among the most widespread versions of the legendary German fighter, with an inverted V12 Daimler-Benz engine and the characteristic gun bulges on the cowling. The Wilde Sau tactic, meaning wild sow, was a method of night fighting in which single-engine day fighters attacked bombers in the light of searchlights and fires over the target. The JG 301 and JG 302 units were among the carriers of this tactic.
Apply the decals onto a smooth gloss clear coat and degrease the area beforehand. Soak the decal, transfer it onto the model and settle it with a decal softener so that it adheres to the surface detail. Once dry, even out the surface with a matte or satin clear coat. Follow the depiction of the particular scheme and the colors of the given machine.
This is a decal set, not a model. The aircraft kit, paints and glue are not included in the package.
