A figure of a member of the National Security Corps in the olive vz. 67 uniform with a Skorpion submachine gun, 1:35 scale. It is supplied unpainted.
Responsibility details are not available.
The figure captures a member of the National Security Corps in the vz. 67 uniform in its olive version, armed with a Skorpion submachine gun. Czech uniformed figures are among the less usual subjects in 1:35 scale, and yet it is precisely they that suit builds of the vehicles Czech modelers build most often.
The set contains a figure in 1:35 scale, that is in the usual size for military and police dioramas. It is supplied unpainted, so the color treatment of the uniform and the equipment is left to you. The division of the figure into parts and the recommended order of assembly are given in the manufacturer's instructions. The same subject is also released in the larger 1:16 scale, so both sizes can be collected side by side.
Before painting, wash the figure in lukewarm water with a drop of detergent and let it dry, so that the paint holds. Cut off the excess material with a sharp blade a little way from the part and sand the remainder carefully; cyanoacrylate glue suits the gluing. In this scale the key is not to overwhelm the detail: apply thin coats, brighten the olive shade on the edges of the folds and suggest the shadows with a thin dark glaze in the hollows. Leave the face and the hands for the end; the fine features are done with the finest brush and thinned paint.
The figure suits models of vehicles in 1:35 scale and dioramas on Czech themes, where it will bring a street or a post to life. Paints, glue and other accessories are not part of it, unless stated otherwise.
