Gulfwar is a printed paper sheet for a diorama in 1:6 scale with period designs from a recent conflict. It is not a kit and not a waterslide decal.
Responsibility details are not available.
The sheet brings printed period designs for scenes from a recent conflict in the large 1:6 scale. What you get is paper meant to be cut out and glued down — signs, surfaces and printed matter that complete the setting around figures and vehicles. It is not a model and not a decal. The period images are used purely to make the scene convincing.
Paper in a large scale calls for a little preparation. Back the designs intended for signs and panels with thin plastic, card or metal sheet and cut the outline only once it is dry; then go over the edge with dark paint. Glue flat designs over their whole area with thin PVA glue and push the air out from the center outwards. Plan the layout of the cut pieces according to the actual print.
Scenes from dry regions live and die by their dust. Once it is glued down, apply a very thin sand shade working from the top down, and then pull the detail back out on the edges with a drier brush. Pigments fixed with thinner over small areas work well, rather than over the whole surface at once. A harsh sunlit setting can be suggested with slight fading: a fine spray of a light shade from a long distance will lower the saturation of the print. Finally even the surface out with matte varnish so that the paper does not reflect light differently from its surroundings.
This is a printed paper accessory for a diorama, not a model. Glue, paints, pigments and backing materials are not included in the package.
