MASTER France 380 mm/45 Model 1935 – barrels with canvas blast bags (1:700) is a set of eight accurate turned brass barrels for the French heavy naval gun of 380 mm caliber. A replacement detail for a build, not a standalone model.

The set contains eight turned brass barrels for the French 380 mm (38 cm) heavy naval gun of 45 calibers length, Model 1935, in the build for turrets with canvas blast bags, in 1:700 scale. Canvas blast bags are the flexible covers at the point where the barrel comes out of the turret. The metal barrels from MASTER replace the plastic parts. It is not a ship model but a detail accessory.
The 380 mm/45 Model 1935 gun was the main armament of French battleships, grouped into the characteristic quadruple turrets. It was carried above all by the battleships of the Richelieu class and by the designs of the Gascogne and Alsace classes.
Cut off the plastic barrels, clean up the turret faces and glue the turned parts in with cyanoacrylate. Eight pieces match two quadruple turrets. Treat the metal with a primer before painting.
The set contains only the turned barrels. The ship model, paints and glue are not included in the package.
