AZ model 1:72 Bell X-2 Starbuster 6675 is a plastic kit of the American experimental rocket aircraft of the 1950s.
Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the American experimental Bell X-2 Starbuster aircraft in 1:72 scale from the brand AZ model. This boxing represents the second of the prototypes built (serial number 6675) and brings decals for several marking options. The set holds plastic sprues and clear canopy parts.
The Bell X-2 was a research rocket aircraft with swept wings, intended to investigate flight beyond three times the speed of sound and the behavior of the structure under extreme thermal loading. The program brought key knowledge for later supersonic aircraft. Two prototypes were built, differing above all in their use and their markings.
This is a smaller and delicate model for more careful modelers. Separate the parts with a sharp knife and glue them with liquid cement for plastic. The polished metal surface calls for a smooth base, and the metallic finish should be sprayed with an airbrush in thin coats. Seat the canopy glazing cleanly, without marks or traces of glue.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
