A resin detail accessory of the Quickboost brand, made by Aires, in 1:72 scale. This is not an aircraft model but a stand-alone part with which you replace the gun cover of the Bf 109G version with a more faithfully shaped resin rendering.
The Messerschmitt Bf 109G, nicknamed Gustav, was a German single-seat fighter of the Second World War with an inverted V12 Daimler-Benz engine. The fuselage armament was placed in the forward part of the fuselage and covered by shaped panels.
Wash the mold release residue off the part, carefully separate the casting block and bond it with cyanoacrylate glue. Check that it seats precisely on the fuselage before gluing. Wear respiratory protection while sanding.
