A set of self-adhesive masking templates, not a kit. It is intended for plastic models of the four-engine Lockheed C-130 Hercules transport aircraft in 1:72 scale. The templates are cut from fine Japanese kabuki (washi) tape and divided into individual segments, so that they follow the multi-pane glazing of the flight deck exactly. The BASIC variant covers the flight deck, the other clear parts and the wheels.
The Lockheed C-130 Hercules is one of the most successful military transport aircraft in history. It is distinguished by a high-mounted wing, four turboprop engines and a rear cargo ramp for quickly loading equipment and for airdrops. It has been in service since the 1950s and in many modernized versions it still flies with dozens of countries today.
Peel the segment off, lay it on the glass and shape it to the frames with pressure. First spray the color of the frames, and once it has dried, the camouflage on top. The masks come off cleanly, with no sticky residue. For soft transitions use an airbrush.
The model itself, the paints and the glue are not included in the package.
