Responsibility details are not available.
A collector model of the Czechoslovak light pillbox LO vz. 36B in 1:72 scale by the manufacturer ROP o.s., in the version without a terrain base: the object alone, to be set into a diorama of your own. The casting is made as a plaster body completed with resin parts and is supplied to be glued and painted. It is a piece for collectors of fortifications, better suited to more experienced modelers because of the work with resin.
The light object model 36 belonged to the first generation of Czechoslovak light fortifications built from 1936 on the threatened borders. Type B had two embrasures for machine guns and directed its fire mostly frontally against an attacker. These small pillboxes, popularly called Ropiks after the Directorate of Fortification Works (ROP), formed the forward line of defense in the troubled year of 1938.
First wash the resin and plaster parts and clear them of dust, cut the casting residue away carefully and glue the parts with cyanoacrylate. Concrete is imitated with a gray base coat and sand and greenish glazes; apply a wash into the recesses and pick the edges out with a dry brush. Because the object comes without terrain, you can design your own base and surroundings to match your diorama exactly.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
