A collector's model of the Czechoslovak light fortification object LO vz. 37A - 220Z in 1:72 scale: a border Ropik without terrain.
Responsibility details are not available.
A collector's model of Czechoslovak light fortification, a Ropik of the type LO vz. 37A in the 220Z variant in 1:72 scale from ROP o.s., in the version without a terrain base. The casting is made as a plaster body with resin parts and is supplied to be glued and painted. It is intended for collectors of fortifications and for builders of their own dioramas, rather for more experienced modelers because of the work with resin.
The light object model 37, popularly the Ropik, was the most widespread element of the Czechoslovak light fortifications of 1937 and 1938. Unlike the older model 36 it fired to the flanks, obliquely: the embrasures pointed sideways toward the neighboring objects and earth covered the front. Type A fired both ways; the designation 220Z gives the angle between the axes of the embrasures (220°) and the strengthened resistance standard.
Wash the resin and plaster parts, clean up the casting residue and bond them with super glue. Concrete can be imitated with a gray base and sand and greenish glazes; lay a wash in the corners and bring out the edges with dry brushing. Because the object comes without terrain, design your own base and surroundings exactly to suit your diorama.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
