1:72 Decals Lavochkin La-5 (Soviet Aces)

Lavochkin La-5 Decals - Soviet Aces (1:72)

A set of waterslide decals in 1:72 scale with the markings of Soviet fighter aces who flew the Lavochkin La-5 fighter. It lets you finish the model with striking, historically documented markings of several particular aircraft from the Second World War.

What the set offers

• Color schemes for several aircraft of Soviet aces flying the La-5.
• Richly and cleanly printed subjects with good color registration.
• Red stars, tactical numbers and personal markings of the pilots.
• A clear plan showing where the individual decals go.

Use

• Apply the decals over a smooth gloss clear coat, which prevents silvering.
• Dip the part briefly in water, let it release from the backing and move it onto the model.
• Adjust the position, blot the excess water away and use a decal softener so it settles into the detail.
• Once dry, seal it with a flat or semi-gloss clear coat.

Who the set is for

For modelers building the La-5 in 1:72 scale who want specific and faithful markings of Soviet aces instead of the generic national insignia from the box.

The package contains decals only. The model, paints and clear coat are not included.
