OWL Decals 1:72 Do 17 Z-2 (late) with the MG-FF cannon, NJG 2 is a decal sheet with the markings of the German Dornier Do 17 night fighter.
Responsibility details are not available.
A sheet of waterslide decals in 1:72 scale from the Czech maker OWL Decals. A separate marking set, not a kit, for a model of the twin-engine Dornier Do 17 bomber in the late Z-2 version converted into a night fighter with the MG-FF cannon. The subject belongs to the night fighter unit NJG 2.
The Dornier Do 17, with its characteristic slender fuselage nicknamed the flying pencil, served as a fast bomber. Some of the machines were converted into night fighters: their glazed nose received forward armament and they joined the night fighter arm of the Luftwaffe.
Slide the moistened decal onto a gloss finish, settle it with a softener and, once it has dried, overcoat it with a matte varnish matching the night camouflage.
This is a separate decal sheet. A model of the aircraft, paints and varnish are not included in the package.
