Aerobonus Warsaw Pact Aircraft Mechanic - part 2 1:48 — a resin figure of an aircraft mechanic of the Warsaw Pact period, part 2, in 1:48 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
A resin figure from the Czech manufacturer Aerobonus for more experienced modelers. It captures an aircraft mechanic of the Warsaw Pact period, that is of the Cold War era. This is the second part of a line of ground personnel figures; each part represents a separate man in a different position. The figure is intended to bring airfield dioramas in 1:48 scale to life.
The ground personnel and the mechanics took care of the maintenance and the servicing of jet aircraft at the bases of the Warsaw Pact armies. The figure captures a man in period working clothes matching this environment. The second part of the line differs in position from the other parts and complements the first part in a view.
Wash the remains of the mold release agent off the parts, cut off the casting blocks and clean up the surfaces. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue) and protect your airways while sanding. Apply primer before painting; the face and the working clothes are best painted with gradual layering and glazes, and the small details are finished at the end with a fine brush.
This is a resin figure, not an aircraft model. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted; paints, glue and equipment are not included in the package.
