This resin figure from the brand Aerobonus in 1:72 scale represents another variant of an aircraft mechanic of the Central Powers of the First World War. The part 2 variant differs from the other parts of the line in pose and in the conception of the man. It is an accessory for experienced modelers, not an aircraft model.
The mechanics and the ground crew kept the field airfields running, serviced the engines and prepared the machines before takeoff. The figure complements an airfield scene and helps to set a model into its period context.
Wash the mold release agent off the casting, cut off the casting blocks and join the seams with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Wear respiratory protection while sanding. Period uniforms come out well with matte shades and fine emphasis on the fabric.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
