This resin figure from the brand Aerobonus in 1:72 scale closes the line of aircraft mechanics of the Central Powers of the First World War with a fourth variant. Part 4 brings another pose of the man and complements the preceding parts. It is an accessory for experienced modelers, not an aircraft model.
The ground personnel of the early era of aviation maintained and prepared the field machines, took care of engine servicing and kept the airfield running from day to day. The figure helps to set a model into a period airfield scene.
Wash the mold release agent off the casting, cut off the casting blocks and glue it with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Wear respiratory protection while sanding. Period uniforms come out well in matte tones with fine emphasis on the fabric.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
