An injection-molded plastic kit of the modern PHL03 self-propelled rocket launcher in 1:72 scale from Modelcollect. The model captures the massive wheeled chassis carrying a pack of launch tubes for large-caliber artillery rockets. The smaller 1:72 scale makes it easier to place in dioramas and collectors' line-ups.
The PHL03 is a Chinese self-propelled rocket launcher on a wheeled chassis, conceptually derived from large-caliber multiple rocket launchers. It carries a cluster of launch tubes for artillery rockets and serves for area fire at long range. The crew work from the protected cab of the truck chassis.
Assemble the chassis and the suspension before finishing the body. Dry-fit the launch tubes and the cab. We recommend a uniform base coat with an airbrush, shading of the artillery tones and completing the surface with dust and mud effects using washes and pigments.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
