The Pmask 1:72 PZL.42 set brings die-cut self-adhesive masks for the cockpit glazing of the Polish light bomber, so there is no tape to cut by hand. It is intended for the IBG kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
A Pmask masking set in 1:72 scale for a model of the Polish PZL.42 light bomber and reconnaissance aircraft. This is a modeling accessory, not a kit: the masks are cut to the shape of the glazing of one particular kit of this type and they replace the laborious job of covering the cockpit with masking tape. It is the glazing that decides how a model finally reads, and a precisely die-cut template brings straight, sharp edges there. The target kit is the one from IBG.
The PZL.42 was a Polish two-seat light bomber and reconnaissance aircraft that came about as a reworked version of the earlier PZL.23. It differed from its predecessor above all in its twin vertical tail surfaces and in the treatment of the lower fuselage. It stayed at the prototype stage in the second half of the 1930s and never reached series production, which is why modelers value it as a less usual subject.
For builders of Polish interwar aircraft in 1:72 scale who want a cleanly unmasked cockpit without hours of work with a scalpel. It also suits modelers who are only starting out with masking.
The package contains masks only. The kit, paints and glue are not included.
