Reimahg - Werk Lachs 1:72 is a printed diorama base from USCHI van der Rosten for displaying models of aircraft in 1:72 scale strikingly.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is not a kit of an aircraft but a printed diorama base (a display base) in 1:72 scale. The set holds well-printed cardboard sheets from which you will assemble a floor area and a rear wall with the realistic texture of an underground factory hall. The base measures roughly 20 x 29 cm and the rear wall reaches a height of around 16 cm, so it will serve as a striking backdrop as well as a base under a finished model.
Reimahg Lachs (Salmon) was the cover designation for underground armaments production hidden in the massif of the Walpersberg hill near the town of Kahla in Thuringia. Jet fighters were assembled in the tunnels in the closing stage of the Second World War. The setting of a factory tunnel is an ideal backdrop for late-war aircraft and for figures.
Cut the cardboard parts out carefully and glue them with PVA or cyanoacrylate glue. It is a good idea to tone the edges with pastel or tempera paint so that they blend in. The print can be complemented with features of your own - barrels, crates or lighting - to liven the scene up further.
This is a diorama accessory, not a model of an aircraft. The model, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
