A plastic kit of the Soviet T-34 medium tank in 1:72 scale from the Revell brand. It is a rewarding model in a small scale, which suits a collection of military hardware as well as a first independent build of an armored vehicle.
The T-34 is among the most important tanks of World War II. It combined sloped armor, wide tracks suited to mud and snow, a powerful gun and a reliable diesel engine. It was built in enormous numbers and became a symbol of the Soviet armament effort; later versions with a turret and a gun of 85 mm caliber served long after the war in armies all over the world.
You will build the model with ordinary modeling tools. Degrease the parts before painting and spray a primer; ideally apply the base shade with an airbrush. The tracks and the running gear are best painted before the hull is closed. Dust and mud effects are created with washes and pigments, which at the same time bring out the details of the relief.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
