This set brings a resin rack (holder) for spare track links for the German recovery vehicle Bergepanther Ausf. A in 1:35 scale, in a quantity for one vehicle. The parts are made by Elefant using 3D printing and resin casting. This is not a vehicle model but a detail accessory that replaces the simplified part from the box.
The Bergepanther was an armored recovery vehicle built on the Panther chassis. Crews commonly hung spare track links on the hull and the sides of their vehicles, where they also served as additional armor. A faithful rack with spare links brings the silhouette of the model markedly to life and completes its equipment.
Wash the resin parts, cut off the casting blocks and bond them with cyanoacrylate glue. We recommend painting the spare tracks as steel with a hint of corrosion and dust; a wash and pigments will bring the relief out. Protect your airways while sanding.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
