The motif is tied to one station and one particular year. The name of the set also gives the main units present there, that is the 325th Fighter Wing and its operations group with a training squadron and fighter squadrons. The placing in the year 2021 means that the base belongs with models of present-day hardware.
A base of this format is at its most rewarding in front of a lens. Stand the model so that the pattern of the surface leads the eye to it, and photograph from the eye level of a figure, that is low above the level of the base. Diffused side light from one direction will draw out both the panel lines of the model and the texture of the print, whereas a direct flash will flatten them both. If you need to suppress the sheen of the printed surface, turn the scene by a few degrees so that the light source does not reflect straight into the lens.
