Responsibility details are not available.
A multi-figure resin set from the Voran! line by the maker PANZER ART. It captures the crew of the StuG assault gun at work and is meant for dioramas and vignettes in 1:35. The set contains figures, not a vehicle kit.
Execution and material
The castings are of modeling resin, which faithfully carries over the cut and the folds of the clothing, the texture of the cloth and the small items of equipment. The figures are supplied on casting blocks; before building, the blocks are cut off and the mold seam lines are cleaned up. Because it is a set, the figures are designed so that together they create one scene at a vehicle.
Building and painting tips
Wash the castings in lukewarm water with dish soap before painting and let them dry properly. Cut the casting blocks off with a saw and level the face with a file; sand the resin wet with protection for your breathing. Glue with super glue (cyanoacrylate) and fill any gaps with filler. We recommend assembling the figures dry first and laying them out on a base, so that the poses follow on from each other, and only then gluing them for good. Paint over a thin primer: the base shades, a dark wash into the folds, lightened edges. Bring the uniforms together with one shade of base, so that the scene feels whole, and handle the differences only through the shades of the accessories. A matte clear coat at the end.
Who the set is for
The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
