The model comes assembled, painted and with the markings applied in production - all you have to do is unpack it and stand it in a display case. It is not a plastic kit; the same vehicle also comes out as a kit to glue together, so when choosing, check that you are ordering the finished model.
The Bushmaster is a wheeled armored vehicle in a 4x4 layout, developed in Australia and built by Australian industry. It belongs to the class of vehicles with protection against mines and improvised explosive devices: the hull has a shaped bottom that deflects the blast of an explosion away from the crew, and a high-set compartment for the infantry carried. The vehicle was designed for moves over great distances in demanding terrain and puts the emphasis on range and crew comfort. Within the international operations in Afghanistan it was used, besides Australia, by a number of other states, among them the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. It is from that service that the form captured by the model comes.
The model calls for no modeling work - there is no gluing, sanding or spraying. Both the finish and the markings come from the factory. A closed display case suits long-term display; dust collects above all in the grilles, on the roof superstructure and around the wheels. Use a soft brush dry for cleaning rather than solvents or cleaning agents, which would damage the factory finish. The tall, angular silhouette of the vehicle shows to good effect in a display case beside lower tracked types of the same scale.
The model is supplied finished - assembled and painted in production. It is not a kit, and neither glue nor paints are needed for it.
