The model is finished: it comes assembled, painted and with the markings applied in production. This variant carries a multicolor camouflage finish - a sister model of the same vehicle in a uniform dark yellow form is also made, so a choice can be made according to how a display case is to look.
The Bradley is an American infantry fighting vehicle that combines carrying a dismount force with fire support. The M2A3 version represents a digitized standard with markedly improved optics and electronics: an independent thermal sight for the commander was added, so that the commander and the gunner can follow targets separately. The main armament consists of a 25 mm automatic cannon completed by a launcher for antitank guided missiles and a coaxial machine gun. The abbreviation ERA denotes explosive reactive armor - tiles fastened to the sides and front of the hull which, when hit by a shaped charge round, detonate themselves and disrupt its penetrating power. It is precisely the set of reactive tiles that gives the vehicle a characteristic angular silhouette by which it is easily recognized.
The model calls for no modeling work - there is no gluing, sanding or spraying. Both the multicolor finish and the markings come from the factory. A closed display case suits display; dust collects particularly easily on the broken surface of the reactive tiles and is hard to remove between them. Use a soft brush dry for cleaning rather than solvents or cleaning agents. In 1:72 scale the model completes a collection of modern American armored vehicles well.
