An injection-molded plastic kit of the single-seat supersonic fighter aircraft in 1:48 scale from the Polish brand Mistercraft. The decal sheet carries the commemorative Spitfire scheme for the anniversary of a fighter squadron. The kit comes from older molds and is intended for modelers with experience of building jet aircraft.
The General Dynamics, later Lockheed Martin, F-16 Fighting Falcon is a single-engine multirole fighter aircraft, one of the most widespread combat machines of its generation. The single-seat F-16A version represents the early production form with a classic framed cockpit canopy. The commemorative Spitfire scheme refers to a traditional fighter unit and its anniversary.
With older molds we recommend cleaning up the parting lines and testing the fit of the fuselage and the air intake dry. Apply a quality base under the striking commemorative scheme and spray the paints with an airbrush; for glossy areas over the whole surface a gloss varnish before applying the decals is suitable. Glue the external stores and the landing gear on only at the end of the build.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
