An injection-molded plastic kit of the German E-60 Sturmpanzer project with a 12.8 cm twin mount in 1:35 scale from Modelcollect - a hypothetical heavy armored vehicle.
Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the hypothetical German heavy armored vehicle E-60 Sturmpanzer with two guns of 12.8 cm caliber in 1:35 scale from Modelcollect. It is a what-if project design that was never built. The model depicts a robust hull with prominent running gear and a massive gun superstructure. The exact contents of the package and the markings are not stated here.
The range known as Entwicklung (E) was a plan to unify German armored hardware of the late war period into standardized design classes. Vehicles of the higher classes such as the E-50, E-75 and E-100 got at most as far as projects and prototypes; the heavier variants and superstructures with a twin 12.8 cm gun remained only on paper and in later hypothetical reconstructions. This model therefore proceeds from a design idea rather than from a machine actually in service.
Assemble and paint the running gear and the lower part of the hull before you close the upper armor. Glue the parts with thin cement for plastic and the fine parts with super glue. With hypothetical hardware you can freely adapt late-war German camouflage schemes; once the paint is sprayed, bring out the details with a wash and add dust and mud effects with pigments on the running gear.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
