A simple snap-together plastic kit of the Soviet Ural-4320 off-road truck in the small 1:100 scale by Zvezda. The model from the Art of Tactic game range is laid out as snap-fit; the parts click together without gluing and, thanks to the low part count, the build is quick and undemanding.
The Ural-4320 is a Soviet and later Russian heavy off-road truck with all-wheel drive, brought into service from the 1970s. It serves to carry troops and materiel and as a chassis for all sorts of bodies and weapon systems. It stands out for its high cross-country ability and rugged construction, which is why it is still widespread today.
Thanks to the snap-fit design the model can be built without glue, but we recommend touching the joints with a drop of thin cement for plastic for strength. In 1:100 scale clean edges and restrained painting show to advantage: a base Soviet green, a fine wash in the recesses and a discreet drybrush to bring out the details. Use pigments sparingly so that the small model does not go coarse.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
