Responsibility details are not available.
A small resin kit of the German half-track armored personnel carrier Sd.Kfz.251 in the Ausf.C version in the railroad scale 1:120 (TT) from the Czech manufacturer Hauler. This finely cast resin kit of a few parts, as a rule completed with photo-etched parts (for example a machine gun with its shield), is intended for more experienced modelers. The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted; for the exact contents of the package, follow the enclosed instructions.
The Sd.Kfz.251 was the most widespread German medium half-track of the Second World War, popularly named Hanomag after its maker. It served to carry an infantry squad into battle, but also in dozens of specialized variants. The Ausf.C version had a characteristic faceted nose and a simplified hull structure. The combination of wheeled steering at the front and a tracked run at the rear gave the vehicle cross-country ability while keeping a reasonable speed.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin parts, cut off the casting blocks and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue); protect your airways when sanding. Finish the running gear and the inside of the hull before you fit the upper parts. Spray over a primer, build the weathering with thin washes into the recesses and pigments for mud and dust effects; fit the small photo-etched machine gun only at the end.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
